Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy intelligent virtual assistants and conversational AI agents.
- Architect and optimize conversational flows, user intents, and dialogue management strategies.
- Integrate virtual assistants with backend systems, APIs, and third-party services.
- Apply natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning techniques to improve AI understanding and response generation.
- Conduct testing, debugging, and performance tuning of virtual assistant solutions.
- Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other developers to define features and technical requirements.
- Monitor and analyze virtual assistant performance metrics, identifying areas for continuous improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging AI technologies, trends, and best practices in conversational AI.
- Ensure scalability, security, and reliability of all developed virtual assistant applications.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in developing virtual assistants, chatbots, or conversational AI platforms.
