Key Responsibilities
- Safely walk dogs individually or in small groups, adhering to established routes and schedules.
- Ensure the physical and mental well-being of all dogs under your care.
- Monitor dog behavior, health, and mood during walks, reporting any concerns to owners or Career.zycto.
- Administer basic first aid if necessary and carry essential supplies for walks.
- Maintain clean and tidy walking practices, including proper waste disposal.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with dog owners, providing updates on their pets' walks and any notable observations.
- Manage your schedule efficiently and maintain punctuality for all appointments.
- Adhere to all local regulations regarding dog walking and pet safety.
- Provide fresh water and basic comfort upon returning dogs to their homes.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in handling and walking dogs of various breeds and sizes.
- Excellent understanding of canine behavior and body language.
- Strong sense of responsibility and reliability.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Good physical fitness and ability to walk for extended periods in all weather conditions.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

- Right to work in the UK and a valid driving license (preferred but not essential).
