Key Responsibilities
- Perform various diagnostic imaging procedures (X-ray, CT scan, and potentially MRI) with precision and care.
- Prepare patients for imaging procedures, ensuring their comfort, safety, and understanding of the process.
- Operate and maintain imaging equipment, ensuring proper functionality and adherence to safety protocols.
- Evaluate images for diagnostic quality, ensuring clarity and accuracy for radiologists' interpretation.
- Maintain detailed and accurate patient records, including procedure notes and imaging results.
- Collaborate effectively with radiologists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive patient care.
- Adhere strictly to radiation safety guidelines and departmental policies and procedures.
