Key Responsibilities

- Identify non-conformities, investigate root causes, and facilitate the development and implementation of effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs).
- Analyze quality data and trends, preparing comprehensive reports for management to support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with various teams (e.g., Operations, IT, HR) to embed quality principles into daily processes and projects.
- Develop and deliver quality awareness and training programs for employees.
- Manage document control systems related to quality management.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices and regulatory changes related to quality control and corporate governance.
- Contribute to the strategic planning and continuous improvement of the overall Quality Management System (QMS).
Required Skills
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a Quality Control, Quality Assurance, or similar corporate quality role.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Quality Management Systems (e.g., ISO 9001).
- Proficiency in root cause analysis methodologies (e.g., 5 Whys, Fishbone diagrams).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including report writing and presentation abilities.
- High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and quality management software.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote work environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field.
