Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and welcome guests upon arrival, performing efficient check-ins and check-outs.
- Manage all aspects of reservations, including bookings, cancellations, and modifications.
- Provide comprehensive information regarding hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
- Accurately process payments, maintain guest folios, and handle cash and credit card transactions.
- Actively listen to guest feedback, address concerns, and resolve issues promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain a pristine and organized front desk area, upholding hotel standards.
- Liaise effectively with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and messages for guests.
- Operate a multi-line phone system, directing calls and taking messages accurately.
- Assist with basic administrative tasks as required.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Proficiency in hotel management software (PMS) or a strong aptitude to learn quickly.
