Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, unload, and inspect incoming materials and supplies, verifying quantities against purchase orders.
  • Accurately sort, label, and store materials in designated warehouse locations.
  • Assist with inventory management, including performing cycle counts and maintaining accurate stock records.
  • Prepare materials and components for production lines, ensuring timely delivery to meet manufacturing schedules.
  • Package and prepare finished goods for shipment, adhering to quality and safety standards.
  • Operate material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, hand trucks) safely and efficiently (training provided).
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment in the warehouse and storage areas.
  • Collaborate effectively with production, quality control, and logistics teams.
  • Identify and report any discrepancies, damages, or quality issues with materials or products.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.

Required Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods.
  • Basic math skills for counting and inventory verification.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
