Key Responsibilities
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming materials and supplies, verifying quantities against purchase orders.
- Accurately sort, label, and store materials in designated warehouse locations.
- Assist with inventory management, including performing cycle counts and maintaining accurate stock records.
- Prepare materials and components for production lines, ensuring timely delivery to meet manufacturing schedules.
- Package and prepare finished goods for shipment, adhering to quality and safety standards.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, hand trucks) safely and efficiently (training provided).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment in the warehouse and storage areas.
- Collaborate effectively with production, quality control, and logistics teams.
- Identify and report any discrepancies, damages, or quality issues with materials or products.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
Required Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for counting and inventory verification.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
