Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor food processing machinery and equipment in accordance with standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.
- Perform various tasks on the production line, including sorting, washing, cutting, mixing, packaging, and labeling food products.
- Adhere strictly to all food safety regulations, including Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP).
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring sanitation standards are met at all times.
- Inspect raw materials and finished products for quality control, reporting any defects or issues to supervisors.
- Load and unload materials and products from machines, conveyors, and pallets, sometimes involving lifting.
- Assist with inventory management by accurately counting and recording product information as required.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth production flow and meet daily targets.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, including those related to health, safety, and environmental protection.
- Participate in training sessions as required to enhance skills and knowledge of food processing techniques and safety protocols.
Required Skills
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Basic understanding of hygiene and sanitation practices.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Physical stamina and ability to stand for long periods, lift moderate weights (up to 25kg), and perform repetitive tasks.
