Key Responsibilities
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the studio space, ensuring a presentable and functional environment.
- Assist with the setup, breakdown, and general maintenance of studio equipment and workstations.
- Manage and track studio supplies and inventory, placing orders as needed to prevent shortages.
- Provide administrative support, including filing, data entry, and managing incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Run local errands, such as picking up supplies, materials, or documents, using company or personal vehicle as required.
- Support creative teams during project phases, offering assistance with tasks such as material preparation or archiving.
- Adhere to all health and safety guidelines and protocols within the studio environment.
Required Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to follow instructions meticulously and work independently
