Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of cloud infrastructure components.
  • Monitor cloud system performance and respond to basic alerts, escalating complex issues as needed.
  • Provide technical support for cloud services, troubleshooting minor incidents and service requests.
  • Contribute to the creation and maintenance of technical documentation, runbooks, and procedures.
  • Support routine system updates, patching, and backups for cloud environments.
  • Collaborate with senior engineers to learn best practices in cloud security and operations.
  • Participate in daily stand-ups and team meetings to track progress and discuss challenges.
