Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a dedicated portfolio of customer accounts, developing strong, long-term relationships and becoming a trusted advisor.
  • Develop and execute tailored success plans for each client, ensuring they achieve maximum value from Career.zycto's solutions.
  • Proactively identify customer needs, challenges, and opportunities for engagement, growth, and product adoption.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess progress, share best practices, and present new features or solutions.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, ensuring timely resolution and high levels of satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and support teams to streamline the customer journey and advocate for client needs internally.

Required Skills

  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management, preferably in a SaaS environment.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships remotely.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong presentation abilities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and customer success platforms.
