Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop intuitive, engaging, and responsive user interfaces for web applications and websites.
- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and sitemaps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience.
- Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.
- Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iteratively improve designs.
- Ensure all designs are optimized for various devices and browsers, focusing on performance and accessibility.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.
Required Skills
- Proven UI/UX design experience with a strong portfolio.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design (UCD) principles and methodologies.
- Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript for frontend implementation.
- Experience with responsive and adaptive design principles.
- Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
- Ability to present your designs and justify design decisions to various stakeholders.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Interaction Design, Graphic Design, Web Design, or a related field.
