As our Label Manager, you will be at the forefront of our artistic and commercial operations, serving as the central hub for all label activities. You will oversee the full lifecycle of releases, from inception and A&R through to production, distribution, and market penetration, ensuring every project aligns seamlessly with our brand identity and commercial objectives. This pivotal role requires a strategic thinker who can not only identify emerging trends and talent but also conceptualize and execute robust marketing and promotional campaigns across various platforms. You’ll manage budgets effectively, meticulously tracking expenses and revenues to ensure profitability and sustainable growth. Cultivating strong, collaborative relationships with artists, management teams, distributors, publicists, and other industry partners will be paramount to your success.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end release management, including planning, scheduling, and execution.
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and promotional strategies for artist releases.
- Manage budgets, track expenditure, and forecast revenue for label projects.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with artists, management, distributors, and media.
- Negotiate licensing deals, publishing agreements, and other industry contracts.
- Conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends and optimize strategies.
- Act as an A&R liaison, identifying new talent and supporting artist development.
- Ensure compliance with copyright laws and industry standards.
