Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the R&D strategy, aligning it with Career.zycto's overall business objectives and market needs.
- Lead, mentor, and expand a diverse team of engineers, researchers, and product developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
- Oversee the entire product development lifecycle, from ideation and research to design, development, testing, and deployment of new HR technology solutions.
- Identify emerging technologies, market trends, and competitive landscapes to inform strategic decisions and maintain a competitive edge.
- Manage R&D budgets, resources, and timelines effectively to ensure project success and maximize return on investment.
- Drive intellectual property generation, including patents and trade secrets, to protect Career.zycto's innovations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product management, marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure seamless product integration and market success.
- Establish and maintain robust quality assurance processes and standards for all R&D outputs.
