Key Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain commercial dishwashing equipment efficiently and safely.
- Wash and sanitize all dishes, glassware, cutlery, pots, pans, and all kitchen utensils.
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are consistently met in the dishwashing area and surrounding kitchen.
- Assist with basic kitchen cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, and efficient waste disposal.
- Organize and stack clean dishes, cutlery, and equipment in designated areas for easy access by kitchen staff.
- Handle chemicals and cleaning agents safely and strictly according to instructions and safety guidelines.
- Support kitchen staff as needed with tasks such as unloading deliveries or basic food preparation.
- Report any malfunctioning equipment, maintenance issues, or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly.
Required Skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, physically demanding, and often warm environment.
