As an Interaction Designer at Career.zycto, your day-to-day will involve a deep dive into user behaviours, motivations, and pain points. You’ll be responsible for meticulously crafting user flows, developing detailed wireframes, and building interactive prototypes that bring concepts to life. You’ll champion the user throughout the product development lifecycle, ensuring that every interaction is thoughtful, purposeful, and delightful. Key Responsibilities
- Design intuitive user flows, interaction models, and detailed wireframes.
- Develop high-fidelity interactive prototypes to test and validate design concepts.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design iterations.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other designers to ensure cohesive product development.
- Translate complex user requirements and business goals into user-centered design solutions.
- Maintain and contribute to our evolving design system, ensuring consistency across all products.
- Present and articulate design decisions and rationale to stakeholders, incorporating feedback effectively.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in interaction design and UX.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in leading design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Demonstrable experience with information architecture, interaction patterns, and usability principles.
- Ability to create compelling user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- A strong online portfolio showcasing impactful interaction design solutions.
- Experience contributing to or working with established design systems.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field.

- Basic understanding of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
