Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior technicians and operators with the setup, operation, and troubleshooting of various factory equipment.
- Perform routine cleaning, lubrication, and basic maintenance tasks on machinery to ensure optimal performance.
- Help load and unload materials and products from production lines and storage areas.
- Monitor equipment during operation and report any unusual noises, malfunctions, or safety concerns promptly.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all company safety protocols and procedures.
- Follow precise instructions and production schedules to meet daily output goals.
- Support inventory management by assisting with material handling and stock rotation.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth and efficient production flow.
