Key Responsibilities

  • Assist senior technicians and operators with the setup, operation, and troubleshooting of various factory equipment.
  • Perform routine cleaning, lubrication, and basic maintenance tasks on machinery to ensure optimal performance.
  • Help load and unload materials and products from production lines and storage areas.
  • Monitor equipment during operation and report any unusual noises, malfunctions, or safety concerns promptly.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all company safety protocols and procedures.
  • Follow precise instructions and production schedules to meet daily output goals.
  • Support inventory management by assisting with material handling and stock rotation.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth and efficient production flow.

Required Skills

  • Ability to follow verbal and written instructions accurately.
