You will be responsible for the end-to-end production cycle, from ideation and scriptwriting to filming, editing, and final distribution. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive content strategies aligned with company objectives and target audience needs.
- Produce high-quality written, visual, and audio content, including articles, social media posts, videos, podcasts, and presentations.
- Manage the entire content production workflow, from conceptualization and planning to scripting, shooting, editing, and publishing.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and other internal teams to ensure content consistency and brand alignment.
- Conduct research to identify trending topics, industry best practices, and opportunities for innovative content creation.
- Optimize content for various platforms and channels, considering SEO, engagement metrics, and audience behavior.
- Maintain a content calendar, ensuring timely delivery of all content assets.
- Monitor and analyze content performance, using data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve future content.
- Stay updated with the latest content creation tools, technologies, and industry trends.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Content Producer or similar role in digital media or marketing.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English and Portuguese.
- Proficiency with content creation and editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite – Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator; Canva).
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, SEO, and social media platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to develop creative and engaging content that resonates with target audiences.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Portfolio showcasing previous content production work (e.g., videos, articles, campaigns).
