Key Responsibilities

  • Provide real-time support to couriers regarding routes, deliveries, and operational challenges.
  • Process and track customer orders, ensuring timely dispatch and delivery.
  • Communicate effectively with clients regarding their shipments, providing updates and resolving issues.
  • Assist in optimizing courier routes and schedules for maximum efficiency.
