Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical and non-technical issues, guiding customers through solutions with clear and concise instructions.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately and comprehensively within our CRM system.
  • Educate customers on product features, services, and best practices to maximize their experience.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Sales, Technical Support) to escalate and resolve complex issues when necessary.
  • Identify and report trends in customer queries or issues to help improve services and products.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and maintain service quality.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
  • Handle customer feedback and complaints with empathy and a solutions-oriented approach.
  • Contribute to maintaining a positive, supportive, and collaborative team environment.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service or support role.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Kiswahili.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer service tools.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • High level of empathy and a genuine desire to help customers.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Computer literacy and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Preferred Qualifications

  • A diploma or degree in Business Administration, Communications, IT, or a related field.
  • Experience with Zendesk, Salesforce Service Cloud, or similar customer support platforms.
  • Prior experience in the recruitment or HR services industry.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
