Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and assist customers with product inquiries and selections.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing shop floor and display areas.
- Accurately process sales transactions using a Point-of-Sale (POS) system, handling cash and card payments.
- Assist with receiving, stocking, and organizing merchandise, ensuring proper inventory levels.
- Monitor product expiry dates and assist with stock rotation.
- Help customers locate products and offer recommendations based on their needs.
- Resolve customer complaints or issues professionally and efficiently, escalating when necessary.
- Assist with daily opening and closing procedures, including cash reconciliation.
- Adhere strictly to all company policies, procedures, and health and safety guidelines.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve sales targets and operational goals.
- Continuously learn about new products and promotions to provide informed service.
