Key Responsibilities
- Lead video projects from initial concept development through to final delivery, ensuring alignment with project goals and brand voice.
- Develop creative briefs, storyboards, scripts, and production schedules for various video content types (e.g., promotional, educational, internal communications).
- Manage all aspects of production, including scouting locations, casting talent, coordinating crew, and overseeing equipment setup.
- Direct on-set production, guiding talent and camera operators to capture high-quality footage.
- Oversee the post-production process, including video editing, motion graphics, sound design, and color grading, often hands-on.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, communications, product) to understand content needs and integrate video strategies.
- Manage project budgets and timelines efficiently, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule and within financial parameters.
- Conduct research on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in video production to continuously enhance content quality and innovation.
- Ensure all video content adheres to legal guidelines, copyright laws, and accessibility standards.
- Archive and manage video assets effectively for future use and reference.
Required Skills
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in video production, including directing, shooting, and editing.
- Proficiency with professional video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
- Demonstrable experience with motion graphics and visual effects (e.g., Adobe After Effects).
- Strong understanding of cinematography, lighting techniques, and audio recording.
- Excellent storytelling abilities with a portfolio showcasing diverse video projects.
- Exceptional project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
