As a Campus Operations Aide, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive support across various departments, including central administration, facilities management, and event coordination. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve a practical blend of logistical coordination, performing essential minor maintenance tasks, diligent inventory management, and rigorously ensuring that all health and safety standards are consistently met. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the daily setup and breakdown of campus facilities for classes, meetings, and events.
  • Conduct routine inspections of campus grounds and buildings, identifying and reporting maintenance issues promptly.
  • Perform minor repairs and maintenance tasks (e.g., changing light bulbs, tightening loose fixtures, light furniture assembly).
  • Manage and monitor office supplies, stationery, and other operational inventory levels, initiating reorders as needed.
  • Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of common areas, offices, and facilities, coordinating with cleaning staff where necessary.
  • Provide logistical support for deliveries, mail distribution, and inter-departmental material transfer.
  • Assist with the welcoming and orientation of new staff, students, or visitors as required.
  • Support emergency preparedness efforts and assist in maintaining a safe and secure campus environment.
  • Operate basic office equipment and assist with administrative tasks as directed by the Campus Operations Manager.
  • Adhere strictly to all campus policies, safety regulations, and operational guidelines.

Required Skills

  • Proven ability to perform minor maintenance and repair tasks.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving.
  • Basic proficiency in using office software (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel).
  • Ability to lift and move objects up to 25 kg.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated reliability and punctuality.

Preferred Qualifications
