This is an incredible opportunity to make a tangible difference in the lives of young children, guiding them through crucial developmental milestones within a nurturing and stimulating environment.

At Career.zycto, we believe that every child deserves the best possible start in life. As a Nursery Nurse, you will be instrumental in delivering high-quality, inspiring childcare and early education. You will work within our dedicated rooms, supporting children from diverse backgrounds and age groups, from infants to pre-schoolers. Your role will involve planning and implementing engaging activities aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework, fostering curiosity, creativity, and a love for learning. You’ll be responsible for creating a safe, inclusive, and fun atmosphere where children feel secure enough to explore, learn, and grow.

Beyond daily activities, you will be a key point of contact for parents, building strong, trusting relationships and providing regular updates on their child’s progress. We value open communication and collaborative partnerships with families, ensuring a consistent approach to each child’s development. Your observational skills will be vital in assessing children’s needs, tracking their progress, and adapting plans to support individual learning journeys. This role isn’t just about supervising; it’s about active engagement, leading by example, and inspiring young minds through imaginative play, storytelling, outdoor adventures, and structured educational experiences.

We are committed to the professional growth of our team members. Joining Career.zycto means access to ongoing training, opportunities for career progression, and a supportive leadership team that encourages innovation and best practices. We foster a culture of teamwork, mutual respect, and continuous learning, ensuring you have the resources and encouragement to excel in your career. If you are passionate about early years education, possess excellent communication skills, and are ready to contribute to a warm and friendly environment, we encourage you to apply and become part of our dedicated family. Help us lay the foundations for a lifetime of learning and achievement for the children of Ashtead.
