Career.zycto is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Operations Aide to join our growing team in Intaka, Maputo. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the administration and maintenance of the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
  • Generate and distribute regular sales reports, dashboards, and analyses to track performance metrics and identify trends.
  • Support the sales team with administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and managing correspondence.
  • Coordinate sales enablement materials, ensuring all resources are up-to-date and accessible to the sales force.
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new sales representatives, providing necessary tools and resources.
  • Monitor sales pipeline and forecast data, helping to identify potential issues or opportunities for improvement.
  • Process sales orders, contracts, and other documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Collaborate with marketing and finance teams to ensure alignment on sales processes and reporting.
  • Participate in projects aimed at improving sales efficiency and operational workflows.
