As a member of our Bar Staff, you will be a vital part of our front-of-house operations, directly impacting our guests’ enjoyment. Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and take drink orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and spirits, adhering to company recipes and standards.
- Handle cash and card transactions responsibly, process payments, and manage end-of-shift reconciliations.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and well-stocked bar area throughout shifts, including washing glassware, wiping down surfaces, and replenishing inventory.
- Monitor guest behaviour to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment, identifying and addressing any issues promptly and professionally.
- Adhere strictly to all licensing laws, health and safety regulations, and company policies.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures for the bar, including setup and breakdown of equipment.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen and waiting staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
- Provide recommendations and information about beverages and other menu items to guests.
