Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and update product listings, descriptions, images, and pricing across various e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce).
  • Process customer orders efficiently, monitor inventory levels, and coordinate closely with logistics partners to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
  • Assist in the creation, scheduling, and optimization of digital marketing content for social media channels and email campaigns.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally via email, chat, and phone.
  • Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis to identify new trends, product opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Compile data and generate regular reports on website traffic, sales performance, customer engagement, and marketing campaign effectiveness.
  • Ensure all website content, including product pages and blog posts, is accurate, current, and consistently aligned with brand guidelines and SEO best practices.
  • Support the e-commerce team in planning and executing promotional activities and sales campaigns.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento).
  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing principles (SEO, social media, email marketing).
  • Competency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
