Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and interpret data from various sources, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies, providing actionable insights.
- Develop and maintain databases, data collection systems, data analytics, and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.
- Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using business intelligence tools to visualize data and communicate findings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and translate business questions into analytical problems.
- Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets and present findings to stakeholders.

Required Skills
- Proven working experience (2+ years) as a Data Analyst or Business Data Analyst.
- Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining, and segmentation techniques.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Experience with programming languages such as Python or R for data analysis and statistical modeling.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, complex formulas) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
- Solid understanding of statistical methods and their application to business problems.
