Key Responsibilities

  • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and check cashing.
  • Verify customer identities and transaction details to prevent fraud and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Balance cash drawer daily, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded and reconciled.
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding account balances, transaction history, and banking services.
  • Identify customer needs and cross-sell appropriate banking products and services, making referrals to specialists as needed.
  • Maintain confidentiality of customer information and adhere to all banking policies and procedures.
  • Assist customers with setting up online banking, mobile banking, and other self-service options.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints professionally and efficiently, escalating complex problems to supervisors.
  • Educate customers on various banking products such as savings accounts, checking accounts, and credit cards.
  • Perform general administrative duties and support branch operations as required.

Required Skills
