Key Responsibilities
- Accurately sort, scan, and process incoming and outgoing goods within designated areas.
- Inspect packages for damage and report any discrepancies or issues to supervisors.
- Operate manual handling equipment safely and efficiently, such as pallet trucks (training provided).
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve daily sorting targets and deadlines.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including those related to security and data protection.
- Assist with inventory checks and stock rotation as required.
- Be proactive in identifying and resolving minor operational issues to maintain workflow.
Required Skills
- Ability to work consistently during night hours (e.g., 10 PM – 6 AM).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good physical stamina and ability to lift and move packages up to 15-20kg repeatedly.
