Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and organization of educational materials, presentations, and resources for workshops and training sessions.
- Provide administrative support to program managers and instructors, including scheduling, correspondence, and data entry.
- Coordinate logistics for training events, including venue setup, participant registration, and material distribution.
- Maintain accurate records of participant attendance, progress, and feedback.
- Act as a point of contact for participants, addressing inquiries and providing support as needed.
- Support the facilitation of learning activities and group discussions during programs.
- Assist in the collection and analysis of program evaluation data to identify areas for improvement.
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of educational content and program offerings.
- Help manage and update digital learning platforms and communication channels.
- Perform general office duties to ensure the smooth operation of the education department.
Required Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Education, Social Sciences, or a related field is a plus.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications
