Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage scalable and secure cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.
- Implement and manage containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using IaC tools (Terraform, Ansible).
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability and disaster recovery.
- Collaborate with development teams to optimize application deployment and operational efficiency.
- Ensure security best practices are integrated throughout the development lifecycle.
- Manage and optimize logging, monitoring, and alerting systems (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack).
- Participate in on-call rotations to support critical production systems.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar role.
- Strong proficiency with Linux/Unix operating systems.
- Expertise in at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Solid understanding and practical experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible, Chef, Puppet).
- Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash, Go).
- Demonstrable experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps).
- Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Relevant cloud certifications (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Azure DevOps Engineer Expert).
