Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Assist with month-end and year-end close processes, including reconciliations and journal entries.
- Support the budgeting and forecasting cycles by gathering data, preparing models, and monitoring variances.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely and accurate transactions.
- Conduct variance analysis and provide explanations for significant deviations from budget.
- Collaborate remotely with internal teams (e.g., HR, Sales, Operations) to support cross-functional projects and initiatives.
- Assist in the preparation of tax documentation and support external audits.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the implementation of new financial systems or tools.
- Ensure data integrity and confidentiality across all financial operations.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in a finance or accounting role.
