Key Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of nail services including manicures, pedicures, gel polish applications, acrylic and gel nail extensions, and intricate nail art designs.
- Consult with clients to assess their needs, recommend appropriate services and products, and ensure client satisfaction with every treatment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly sterilized and disinfected according to health and safety regulations.
- Stay updated with the latest nail trends, techniques, and products through continuous learning and professional development.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, encouraging repeat business and referrals.
- Manage appointments efficiently and accurately, ensuring timely service delivery.
- Upsell salon products and additional services relevant to clients' nail care needs.
- Provide expert advice on nail care and maintenance to clients.
- Assist with general salon duties as needed, contributing to a harmonious team environment.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Nail Technician, showcasing a strong portfolio of work.
- Proficiency in performing classic manicures, pedicures, gel polish, and advanced nail extension techniques (acrylic, gel).
