Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support, addressing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues for end-users.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of servers, workstations, and network equipment (e.g., routers, switches).
- Perform routine system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems, and key processes.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls in accordance with company policies.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, processes, and troubleshooting guides.
- Support data backup and recovery operations, ensuring business continuity and data integrity.
- Collaborate with senior administrators on larger projects, upgrades, and system improvements.
Required Skills
- Proficiency with Windows operating systems (Windows 10/11, Windows Server).
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 administration.
