Key Responsibilities
- Assist Rights Managers with administrative tasks, including scheduling, correspondence, and document preparation.

- Conduct preliminary research on copyright status, ownership, and licensing history for various content assets.
- Prepare and organize legal documents, contracts, and licensing agreements for review and execution.
- Track deadlines for rights renewals, option periods, and royalty reporting.
- Facilitate communication between internal teams and external partners regarding rights inquiries.
- Support the processing of royalty statements and payments, ensuring data integrity.
- Organize and archive digital and physical rights documentation.
