Key Responsibilities
- Review and moderate user-generated content (text, images, video) according to established guidelines and policies, ensuring compliance and platform integrity.
- Identify and escalate potential threats, policy violations, or legal issues to appropriate internal teams with detailed and accurate reports.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy, consistency, and efficiency in all moderation decisions and actions.
- Actively contribute to the continuous improvement and refinement of content moderation guidelines, tools, and operational processes.
- Provide clear, concise, and empathetic explanations for moderation decisions when interacting with users or internal stakeholders.
- Stay continuously informed about current online trends, emerging harmful content categories, and platform policy updates.
- Collaborate effectively and professionally with cross-functional teams, including policy development, legal, engineering, and customer support.

Required Skills
