Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of snacks, beverages, and simple food items accurately and efficiently, following established recipes and portion control guidelines.
- Operate cash register, process payments, and handle cash transactions with precision, reconciling daily cash floats.
- Maintain impeccable cleanliness and organization of the snack bar area, including food preparation surfaces, serving counters, seating areas, and equipment, adhering to sanitation standards.
- Restock supplies, manage inventory levels of products, and ensure proper storage and rotation to minimize waste and ensure freshness.
- Strictly adhere to all food safety, hygiene, and health regulations, including proper handling, storage, and temperature control of food items.
- Provide friendly, prompt, and exceptional customer service to all patrons, addressing inquiries and concerns with a positive attitude.
- Assist with inventory checks, participate in ordering supplies, and help with receiving and verifying deliveries as needed.
- Report any equipment malfunctions, maintenance needs, or safety hazards promptly to supervision.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth daily operations and a positive working environment.
