Key Responsibilities
- Assist Early Childhood Educators with daily routines and educational activities.
- Supervise children during indoor and outdoor play, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Prepare and serve meals and snacks, adhering to dietary requirements and hygiene standards.
- Support children with personal care routines, including toileting and nappy changing.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and stimulating learning environment.
- Engage children in age-appropriate play, storytelling, and creative projects.
- Communicate effectively with educators, children, and parents/guardians.
- Observe and report children's progress and any concerns to lead educators.
- Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities.
Required Skills
- Genuine passion for working with children aged 0-5 years.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- Current Working With Children Check (WWCC) or willingness to obtain one.
- First Aid and CPR certification or willingness to obtain.

- Enrolment in or desire to pursue a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care.
