Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet all guests upon arrival and departure, offering assistance with luggage and directions.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the hotel lobby, ensuring a welcoming and presentable environment at all times.
  • Provide accurate and helpful information regarding hotel services, local attractions, dining, and transportation options.
  • Assist guests with various requests, including arranging taxis, booking tours, and directing them to appropriate hotel departments.
  • Monitor lobby activity, reporting any security concerns or unusual situations to management promptly.
  • Manage incoming deliveries and packages for guests and hotel operations.
  • Handle minor guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and escalate complex issues to front desk or management.
  • Assist the front desk team during peak hours with administrative tasks or guest inquiries as needed.
  • Ensure public areas, including restrooms and entrances, are well-maintained and stocked.
  • Support hotel events and special functions by guiding guests and providing logistical assistance.
