Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine and preventative maintenance on facilities, buildings, and equipment.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC system issues.
  • Execute repairs including carpentry, painting, drywall, flooring, and general building upkeep.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential maintenance needs.
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency repairs.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and material usage.

Required Skills
