Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch according to company standards and customer specifications.
- Perform quality checks on all outgoing products to ensure items are free from damage and correctly packaged.
- Operate basic packing machinery and equipment safely and efficiently after receiving appropriate training.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment, adhering strictly to all health and safety guidelines.
- Assist with loading and unloading deliveries, ensuring proper handling of goods to prevent damage.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet daily packing targets and deadlines.
- Report any discrepancies, damages, or quality issues to the line manager promptly.
Required Skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Good physical stamina and the ability to stand, lift (within safe limits), and move throughout the shift.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills to read labels and follow instructions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience (minimum 6 months) in a warehouse, packing, or production environment.
- Familiarity with health and safety procedures in a warehouse setting.
- Basic understanding of inventory management principles.
