Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and take accurate food and beverage orders using point-of-sale systems.
- Prepare and assemble food items according to established recipes, quality standards, and food safety guidelines.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including fryers, grills, and beverage dispensers.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, kitchen, restrooms, and front counter.
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately, providing correct change and processing payments.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders to customers, verifying order completeness.
- Restock inventory for front-of-house and back-of-house areas as needed, communicating low stock levels.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and hygiene practices.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations and efficient service.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve minor complaints promptly and professionally, escalating issues when necessary.
