Key Responsibilities
- Administer HR policies, procedures, and programs in compliance with company standards and labor laws.
- Support the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communication.
- Facilitate new employee onboarding and orientation sessions to ensure a seamless integration into the company.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, both physical and within our HR Information System (HRIS).
- Assist with benefits administration, including enrollments, changes, and responding to employee inquiries regarding benefits.
- Coordinate various HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving employee engagement and workplace culture.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for employee queries related to HR policies, payroll, and other HR-related matters.
- Ensure strict compliance with all applicable Nigerian labor laws and regulations.
- Prepare HR reports, presentations, and documentation as required for management review.
- Support the performance management process, including scheduling reviews and maintaining related documentation.
Required Skills
