Key Responsibilities

  • Perform accurate and timely data entry, updates, and maintenance across various databases and information systems.
  • Assist in verifying data integrity, identifying discrepancies, and implementing corrective measures.
  • Support the generation of routine and ad-hoc reports by extracting and compiling data as required by management and project teams.
  • Help maintain database security by adhering to established protocols and access controls.
  • Assist with regular database backup procedures and data recovery efforts.
  • Organize and archive digital and physical data records systematically.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure data consistency and accuracy across different platforms.
  • Provide basic technical support related to database access and common user issues.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience with data entry and management, preferably in an assistant role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data validation).

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Fluency in Portuguese (official language of Mozambique).
