Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular patrols of assigned premises, both on foot and via vehicle, to deter and detect signs of intrusion and ensure security of doors, windows, and gates.
- Monitor surveillance equipment, inspect buildings, equipment, and access points; permit entry to authorized persons.
- Enforce company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with safety and security regulations.
- Deter criminal activity and misconduct by maintaining a highly visible and professional presence.
- Respond promptly and professionally to alarms, emergency situations, and calls for assistance, assessing the situation and taking appropriate action.
- Document and report any incidents, suspicious activities, security breaches, or maintenance issues in comprehensive and timely reports.
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting employees, visitors, and clients with directions, information, and general inquiries.
- Control access to the facility, verifying credentials, issuing visitor passes, and escorting visitors as necessary.
- Collaborate effectively with local law enforcement and emergency services when required during critical incidents.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure work environment within the assigned security post.
Required Skills
- Excellent observation, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to remain calm, professional, and effective under pressure.
- Strong decision-making abilities and sound judgment in diverse situations.
- Basic computer proficiency for reporting, monitoring, and communication.

- Must be at least 18 years of age.
