Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all phases of construction projects from planning to completion, ensuring adherence to project specifications and timelines.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including detailed schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise on-site construction teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure efficient operations and high-quality workmanship.
- Ensure strict compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations, maintaining a safe working environment.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or delays, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders, fostering strong communication and collaboration.
- Manage procurement processes, negotiate contracts with vendors and subcontractors, and oversee budget expenditures.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to design specifications and building codes.
- Prepare and present regular project reports to senior management, detailing progress, financial status, and any challenges encountered.

Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Construction Manager or in a similar leadership role within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera P6).
- Excellent leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and decision-making capacity under pressure.
