Key Responsibilities

  • Perform accurate and timely data entry for all operational activities, including cargo manifests, billing, and inventory records.
  • Manage and organize physical and digital operational documents, ensuring easy retrieval and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Coordinate daily operational schedules, including cargo arrivals, departures, and handling processes, in liaison with various departments.
  • Respond to and redirect operational inquiries from internal teams, clients, and external partners in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Assist in preparing operational reports, summaries, and presentations for management review.
  • Monitor office supplies and equipment, placing orders and ensuring the smooth functioning of the operations office.
  • Support the operations team with ad-hoc administrative tasks as required, contributing to overall team productivity.
