Key Responsibilities
- Prepare packaging materials, including boxes, labels, and protective inserts.
- Accurately pack finished products into designated containers, following precise specifications.
- Ensure all packages are correctly labelled and documented for traceability and shipping.
- Perform routine quality checks on products and packaging to identify and report any defects or discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment on the assembly line and surrounding areas.
- Adhere strictly to all company health and safety regulations and operational procedures.
- Assist with inventory management tasks, including counting and stocking packaging supplies as needed.
- Provide active support to assembly line operatives to maintain efficient production flow.
- Promptly report any equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, or quality issues to supervisors.
- Safely lift and move packages, either manually or using appropriate equipment, up to 20kg.
