Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet guests, providing exceptional customer service and assistance with inquiries.
- Assist with check-ins, check-outs, and reservation management as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of common areas, ensuring a presentable environment.
- Address guest concerns and requests promptly and efficiently, escalating complex issues when necessary.
- Support event setup and breakdown, ensuring seamless execution of gatherings.
- Handle incoming calls and correspondence with professionalism and courtesy.
- Operate point-of-sale systems for various transactions, processing payments accurately.
