Job Description
Career.zycto is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Remote Technical Writer to join our growing team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in bridging the gap between our innovative software and our diverse user base by creating comprehensive, accurate, and user-friendly technical documentation. As a Technical Writer, you will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and support teams to understand complex product features and translate them into easily digestible content, including user manuals, API documentation, online help guides, release notes, and FAQs. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain high-quality technical documentation, including user guides, API documentation, knowledge base articles, release notes, and FAQs.

- Translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and engaging language for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Conduct thorough reviews of documentation for technical accuracy, grammatical correctness, and adherence to style guides.
- Manage documentation projects from conception to publication, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder alignment.
- Proactively identify documentation needs and opportunities for improvement in information architecture and content delivery.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices for technical writing tools, methodologies, and content management systems.
- Contribute to the development and enforcement of documentation standards, templates, and style guides.
- Integrate user feedback and analytics to continuously improve documentation effectiveness and user satisfaction.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Technical Writer in the software industry.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Ability to understand and explain complex technical concepts clearly and concisely.
- Proficiency with documentation tools (e.g., Confluence, Oxygen XML, Markdown, Sphinx, Doxygen).
- Familiarity with API documentation tools and standards (e.g., OpenAPI/Swagger).

- Experience working in an Agile development environment.
